Yeah MS came through and fixed everything
You would have thought someone would have asked this question internally though

As I posted above, mine is on the D drive and I still have my documents folder on that drive, so clearly this doesn't happen to everyone with that configuration.
From the article that was posted earlier today
"his occurred if Known Folder Redirection (KFR) had been previously enabled, but files remain in the original “old” folder location vs being moved to the new, redirected location."
And that explains why I wasn't affected.
