Windows 10 Keeps Waking PC

In that case, my only guess would be that your video card driver or some other system is detecting a power change and triggering the transition state due to a monitor having some internal connection issues (e.g. slight ground loop pulls some pin low intermittently and causes system to interpret it as a wake request triggger). *Shrug*
 
did anyone ever find a fix for this? I even removed windows 10 and downgraded back to Windows 7 and its still doing the same thing..

nothing in the Bios shows (no wake on lan or anything like that).. I've even done a bios reset..

ever since window 10 install my PC won't stay shutdown or in sleep or hibernate mode..
 
I have a fairly fresh lightly used win 10 install and put it to sleep. 2 minutes later the comp turned on by it self. It's an i5 3570K with a couple of Radeon HD 7970 DP -> HDMI. Wake on lan is not on. I'd also like to know why this happens.
