Don't see why it wouldn't. Although if you have other powerful components like 2gb+ ram or an overclocked CPU I'd go with 560w or 600w.

You should read some of the Ultra reviews on [H], there product quality varies WILDLY from model to model.

I'd suggest anything by Corsair instead, even a 450W will probably be better than that, and for not much more money too.

If you have an overclocked quadcore and 10 harddrives a system with that GFX card might draw 26A, but for a dualcore and a couple of harddrives its much less....

Just to give you some perspective, hers my rig:

E4300 @ 3ghz
Abit IP35 - E
HD3870
Antec Earthwatts 380
1 HD
1 DVDRW
4 x 1 gb DDR2
2 casefans

Idle : 79w ( from wallsocket )
Game: Crysis demo ~180w ( from wallsocket )
Maximum measured : 208w (from wallsocket) ( orthos + ATItool)

Since the EA380s maximum efficiency is ~ 85 % ( 220v europe ) my components would at the most draw 208 * 0.85 = 176,8w from the PSU :)

Here is the EA430 for under $50

Reviews of the EA and the Corsair VX450 ( both are built by Seasonic )

I burned out an Ultra 550w in less than 45 minutes on my system- Q6600 oc w/ 8800gt oc. I probably just got a bad one, but oh well. I went with the earthwatts 500w and it only heats up under real heavy load.
