Will this NAS work? (am I missing anything)

I am ready to pull the trigger on this NAS config, want to make sure before I place my order I am not missing anything. Any advice for different parts (particularly RAID card)? I want to run WHS 2011 w/ RAID 10, this will be for business (SQL Server) and personal use to stream content. Can I setup multiple arrays with this card?

1x HP MicroServer
1x Adaptec RAID 2405
1x Crucial 8GB (2 x 4GB)
1x WHS 2011 64-bit
1x OCZ Agility 2 - 120GB(system drive to be placed in front bay)
4x HITACHI Ultrastar 7K3000 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache

Don't bother with that OCZ SSD as its real world performance is quite low despite what the stated specs say, OCZ's relatively poor track record with SSDs and relatively poor customer support. As such, if you want a reliable, fast, and well support SSD, go with Intel's 510 series or Crucial m4 series SSD.

Or an older Intel G2. It won't really matter in that box for the OS. Personally I'd save the money and just use a laptop HD for the OS.

And Adaptecs are meant to be in servers with high airflow for cooling. The HP isn't high airflow so it may overheat.

Make sure you get a Molex to SATA power adapter (example) for when you mount your boot drive. Unless they've changed recently, Molex is what's there.

Oh, and I'd get this Microserver with the 200W power supply instead of the one you have listed @ 150W.

Awesome, thanks.

I'd look at one of these LSI cards:
For $150: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16816118146 (you may need 4x SATA cables....)
or
For $170: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16816118114
Should work just fine in that case. It does not have on board DRAM, but that's only safe to use with an extra backup battery (BBU).

So I finally have gotten around to assembly. 1 quick question, I purchased the SFF8087 fan out cables, looking inside the box and how the HDD's are connected it looked like there is already a suitable cable that is nicely routed through the case and tied up, can I just use that instead or do I need to unplug that cable and use the one I bought?

Pic, look at cable with the barcode on it:
