will my PSU work with Haswell?

Probably, but its a monster piece of shit PSU. I wouldn't charge my RC trucks batteries with it, let alone have it power my PC.
 
Pretty much what Joronoa said: It may work but it's of so low quality in the first place that you shouldn't be using it.
