Will my Antec Truepower 430 be enough for this?

Im planning on upgrading my righ in the near future. I plan on this.
DFI LanParty skt. 939 when it comes out
Amd 3500+ possibly o/c to 3800+ or 4000+ speeds w/e it will do
1 Gig of DDR 500 Corsair ram
I currently have a DVD-rom, and DVD+RW drive, 80 gig WD, and a 40 gig Hitachi deathstar.
the rest is in my sig.
 
With the 6800, I think it will work, but you'll have no head room for future upgrades. I've seen some people having issues with the 430 and the 6800's its kinda boarderline. Before you go run and by a new PS try it first and see how it goes.

did i tell u it runs at ultra speeds no problem? My voltage rails are as follows.
12 volt 12.096-12.16
5 volt 5.03
3.3 volt 3.34
 
I would upgrade. My tru430 ran out of power with the pc in my sig; I'm sure your new one will overwhelm it.
 
I'd would give it a shot if it were me. I have an Antec True430 in my system. You'd be suprised what one of those will run. I do know that my PC, just the tower itself, will draw more power than either of my UPS can handle. One is a APC UPS BackUPS Pro 600 and and the other is MinuteMan 280. Neither one can handle the load my True430 put's on them when a 3D Game is started.
