yes.... you can get it easily for free with this program.. BUT no talk of that in this forum.. so probably won't be free...
 
its $20.00 :confused: if you can't afford that for a good game then I don't know you can possibly continue to play games :(

I think there was a bunch of different bundles when buying hl2, the basic one didn't include it.
 
I shelled out the extra for HL2:CE. Guess they only care about the direct cash steam packages. They got enough of my cash. Quake 4 and COD2 are my next wallet busters.
 
I basically got it for free with my silver purchase. Foresight FTW!

Talk about a hijacked thread. DoD:S will more then likely NOT be free. The first one was a community mod that resulted in the DoD team being gobbled up by Valve. Now it is a stand alone product. If you enjoyed the first and have a decent servers you enjoy playing on....get the game.

I got it for free with the silver bundle ;) very much worth it IMO
