WTF man? What in fuck are you talking about, an unmanned Drone? They are flown by pilots or operators in every single case. The Army trains their right here at Ft. Huachuca where I work. The Global Hawks are controlled by pilots from an Air Force base outside of Las Vegas, the Predators and Reapers are flown from more forward bases in their theater of operations. Hunters and and other mid-size drones are flown by MI pukes even closer to the action. And the really smaller ones are operated by soldiers right there where the fight is. And non of that has anything to do with CIA hacking.

Please man, in your mind seperate Law Enforcement from Intelligence Collection. After two years on this topic I would think you would have this part of it figured out. Intelligence Agencies do not do prosecution, they do not collect evidence, they don't put people in jail.

They provide information so leaders can make decisions.
They provide information so we know how big a budget we will need for the military, for agriculture, for everything.
They provide information so we know if we will need a new fighter in three years or can we wait for five?
They provide information to support the military in war time.

They do NOT arrest people.
They do NOT prosecute people.

The NSA and the CIA are NOT Law Enforcement.

The FBI is the only Agency that wears two hats and crosses Law Enforcement with Intelligence Collection and even then, the two are separate parts of the FBI and the part that does Intelligence work does so either when they are working against spies and inside the US, or US persons doing bad things overseas. Domestic FBI Law Enforcement is handled separately and differently.

But take a look, the Associate Director handles the Administration, HR, IT support, the nuts and bolts that allow the investigative parts to function. The Director himself overseas the Investigatory parts of the FBI.

Intelligence Functions are handled by a separate section from the others, the same as the Counter Terror and Counter Intelligence functions. Then there is a Crimes section which is mostly domestic law enforcement. Now you can lump it all up together simplistically, (and I am not challenging your complaint about over reach). But I am complaining about you hanging Law Enforcement and Domestic prosecution related issues on the Intelligence Community because the CIA and NSA do not do Law Enforcement.

Now I started reading this article and I came to realize that the author is rolling up a lot of things into this + 432% Drone Strikes claim.

It looks like March 2nd was a big day.

WASHINGTON, March 3, 2017 — The U.S. military conducted precision strikes today in Yemen against al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula to target the dangerous terrorist group that is intent on attacking the West, a Pentagon spokesman said.

With today's actions, the United States has carried out more than 30 strikes in Yemen since yesterday against the terrorist group, Navy Capt. Jeff Davis told reporters.

It seems this author, in order to drive up this % was willing to include raids by ground troops in the numbers. And by following links on his report to his sources we see this text;

U.S. forces have not been involved in or near any firefights in Yemen since late January, Davis said. In that January operation, Navy Chief Petty Officer William "Ryan" Owens was killed and three other U.S. service members were wounded.

So it seems that not all the "strikes" are strictly Drone Strikes and the numbers include RAIDs and may even include attacks carried out by Yemen's Government Forces;

"These counter terrorism strikes were conducted in partnership with the government of Yemen,"

So the headline Lith1um quoted looks a little misleading.

One more thing, you don't conduct a major military action including up to 30 attacks in a single day without a good bit of planning. Now I can't tell you which president authorized this action, but it was planned in advance and even if it was Trump that gave the final Thumb's Up for the attacks, it was Obama who had us down there working the Alqeda in Yemen problem to begin with.

Lith1um, you really should reevaluate your problem with this article, in my opinion.

The term LOVEINT originated at the NSA, where approximately one such incident has occurred every year. In 2013, eight had been reported in the past decade, and they are the lion's share of unauthorized accesses reported by the NSA.[1] Most incidents are self-reported, for example during a polygraph test. The exact number of NSA employees is classified, but the wiki page says it's estimated at somewhere between 30 and 40 thousand. One incident on average a year from that many employees, mostly self reported under polygraph. Always these are actions taken by individuals and not something they did as part of their work, they weren't directed to do it, they misused their position of trust.
