Such as the links to the The SSD Review. If I take out the spacing between the, SSD, and review, it just deletes the types.

Why does this happen? I don't think we need Corsair forums kind of BS treatment that sensors things like OCZ or Plextor lol.

I mean, when I want to link to an SSD review, it doesn't let me do it. I don't see a sensible reason for this to happen other than wanting to keep the traffic on [H].

And considering that The SSD Review has reviewed more SSD's (mainly more of the "obscure" ones), there's no solution other than telling somebody to go over there to check the review out.

I'm sure you guys don't need that extra pound considering how big of a forum this is. Not to mention that you've always been, over all these years, saying that [H] is a no-BS, hard to the bone site. So why are these links blocked again?

Most likely someone didn't follow the rules and got their site banned.

Yea, sometimes someone overclocks Kyle to 7.2Butthertz, so he blocks them, and I dont blame him for it, some thinks they can get away with anything.

Yeah, I like Kyle as well.

I once changed both my password and registered mail to something random, essentially wanting to turn my account into a guest account (if possible on the VBulletin), basically turning it into a dead account and cutting all my connection from the forum.

I told him what I did and said I wanted to give it an another try. And he not only changed my registered e-mail in a whim, but also bothered to send me a new password mail for me to click on...

Reasons I've seen websites blocked at HardForum for:
1) They consistently break NDA for new products a few minutes early just to gather more page hits
2) Extremely biased review content
3) Occasionally an editor or management from that site literally ask for a block/ban after a heated argument in our forum.
4) They have malware or referral spam links coming from their websites.
5) Some weird technical issue where their websites comes up as #4.
6) A misunderstanding on their part

There's more than likely other reasons but those are the six I can recall.

Hmm, that probably should have been reason number 1, huh? :)
