My specs are 6gb ram, i7 930. I currently have a Radeon HD 6900. Which card is my best option to upgrade for around 200 dollars?
I play Witcher 3 and want to play GTA 5

GTX 960 with a beast OC.
285/280X if you don't want to deal with that.

I would say "Wait until the 300 series" but this might be your last chance to get Tahiti. Unless you want to wait for a new/faster Tonga chip!

The 960 4GB gets my vote, works wonderfully for me at 1440P (but I mostly play games that are a few years old)

The 960 is a good choice if you have lower end cpu/psu, as you won't be near as likely to bottleneck it. Great choice for an HTPC as well (what I am going to use on mine). Just don't expect to play with full details at 1440, 1200, or in a few cases, 1080p.

So it will be a noticeable increase in performance if I grab a 960? I can run the game [witcher 3] now decently at medium.

Very nice mate. I'll grab the evga one you linked I think. I've had success with them in the past.

Edit: Personal recommendation between the two?
