i3-3225 with a low profile 7750

or a Trinity A10 with a low profile 6670 with hybrid crossfire.

Both have very similar costs and I am wondering what you would choose.
 
Personally, I would choose the first option just on the fact that AMD drivers suck in my experience and crossfire between APU and GPU have been proven to show very little gains if you can get past all the crossfire issues.

Trinity hasn't been out long enough for anyone to have any real world experiences I doubt - especially the kind you're seeking.
 
im in the same boat. i have been waiting on a better outcome of the APU-GPU crossfire and havent seen anyone talking much about it. i think it is a gimmick that is to much to deal with at this time and they might get it going later on down the road. That being said, i have a AMD Phenom II X4 925 Deneb 2.8GHz Socket AM3 95W in a ASUS mini itx mobo with a 5870 hanging on it. my overpowered blueray player. with option to play good games on mid settings.
 
First one hands down as it provides you more room to upgrade later on in terms of GPU power.
 
3225 with the low profile card all the way. I can't wait for nvidia to release a compelling low-profile, single-slot card.
 
Hybrid Crossfire is terribly overrated and actually delivers less FPS than just the integrated GPU on several games. I have an i3-2120 with a 7750 and it's excellent. I had planned to wait for Trinity but got an excellent deal on these parts a little over a month ago so I jumped. Now that Trinity has landed, I'm glad I didn't wait for it. It's not bad, but it's not the leap I was hoping for over Llano.
I game at 2560x1440 but was unwilling to compromise my desire for a SFF system. The 7750 can handle everything I've thrown at it at that resolution at a balance of quality and performance that I find more than acceptable, considering the constraints.
