Which CPU cooler to purchase?

ah alright thanks, well, I can purchase a XP-90 with the retail fan, ceramique, and arcticlean (would I need it or 70% isoprophyl alcohol is good enough) for $39 or a scythe ninja with a yate loon and ceramique for $42.
 
Get the Thermalright XP-120 and a Panaflo M1A fan or the TT Big Typhoon and a M1A Fan. :)
 
see, the reason I haven't thought about the xp-120 is because I don't think it's compatible with my mobo, because if it is, I would def get it. can anyone clear this up?

The ninja's easily worth the extra $3 here, buy it and move on to more important matters, like building your rig ;). The XP90's performance has now been eclipsed by many other coolers, even the new stock AMD X2 cooler equals it, and is not worth $40 imho (even if it does come with the accessories).

Regular 70% isopropyl is more than adequate, i usually follow up by scrubbing with a rag moistened with water to ensure no residue is left behind.
