It would really help if you answered the stickied "ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS FIRST!" so that we can help you better.

Though at face value, I wouldn't go with either setups since the included PSU is just too low-end for the kind of hardware you're putting in. In addition, if you absolutely don't care about customer support/warranty and more about price, the RAM and SSD are fine. But if you do care, I wouldn't go with those specific RAM and SSD.

Basic advise:
1) You will need an SSD for your OS drive. Depending on how many games (or Photoshop or other programs) you want to install on it, you should be looking at a 128GB minimum and north of 256 for your maximum.

2) You should get a 2TB (minimum) second hard drive for back up and non speed essential storage.
Set up Win7 ( or better yet, Acronis) back up image of your main OS drive to the secondary drive as soon as you set up the OS. Make sure to have it create a back up at least weekly.

With a 7970, you want a PSU north of 500 Watts as Danny said. 600 should be fine, but don't overclock too much. PSUs are more efficient the closer to their maximum rating they get.
