The ASUS. Has better chipset and more importantly SATA3 connectors.
The Gigabyte has all solid capacitors and thus, could live maybe longer, but the SATA2 connectors are deal breaker. You ll probably change hardware before the ASUS dies anyway.
The MSI, i wouldn't trust it with 125W FX processor, since it's 4+1 phase and mATX with no cooling on VRMs, and MSI has a history of catching fire under high stress on such cheap boards.
Go for ASUS IMHO.
