Where Winds Meet

I just started playing this the other day and I can't stop. I sacked up and chose Legendary difficulty since it gives you a badge and it has some pretty fun souls-style mulitphase boss fights although enemies probably have about 20% too much HP IMO.. You really have to work on the parry timing but the combat is responsive enough that it's quite rewarding to take them down. It feels like it has some elements of the Yazuka games with all of the NPCs and mini-games. The movement, mobility, and animations are great. The sound is great. The graphics are plenty good. The store only has cosmetic items; no stat gear, no upgrades, no speedups, etc). The game has an absurd amount of menus and menus within menus; each menu will get tagged with a red dot if you have something to do there but it's not hard to forget where things are. I haven't tried anything in multiplayer yet but it looks like there is a ton there.

All of the little elements in this game are really impressive. It's kind of absurd how much game there is here and it's free while it not having any P2W elements.
