Where is my bottleneck?

I have a 2 year old build that I been upgrading here and there. Recently got new video card and new RAM. Everything is stock speeds at the moment. If I want to go further with this where (if any) my bottle necks would be? I know that I should probably get a new motherboard and a SSD since this motherboard doesn't support SATA 3 I'm stuck for the moment.

core i7 920
twin frozr 7950
12GB DDR3 1600 (PC3 128000)
gigabyte ex58-ud5

Is overclocking that 920 would be worth it? I'm gaming at 1080p atm.
 
As Hedonist pointed out, you really should overclock that 920. Once you do, you'll be reasonably set in terms of CPU performance. Get it as high as you can.

As for the SSD, no need whatsoever to get a new motherboard just for the SSD. While yes you may not get the full transfers speeds possible due to the SATA 3.0Gb/s interface, you'll still get the the major advantage of SSDs: Low seek times or high random read/write time. In other words, the SSD will still feel very snappy with your current system.

I would recommend the Intel 520 series, Crucial m4 series, Plextor M5S or M5P series, or Samsung 840 Pro series SSDs.
