Unless you have multiple 2560x1440+ resolution monitors or play in NVSurround/Eyefinity with high AA, I don't see 4GB being inadequate for a long time. Probably not until the next generation consoles, if even then.
Currently 4GB will be enough for those resolutions. Your bottleneck will be GPU power, not RAM. For the future, 4GB might not be enough as more games come out with more detailed textures and the like.So , if i have multiple 2560x1440 on 60hz 4GB VRAM is not enough ?
if i use high AA on a single monitor 4GB VRAM will not be enough ?
Did i get it correct ?

Any single monitor at this time will be fine with 4GB even at high AA levels.
Basically i want to know when will 4GB VRAM not enough (not trolling please)?
It should be pointed out that this is with modded textures only - the game as it ships is nowhere near that visually intensive. I know you stated "modded" I just want to make sure OP understands that there really isn't a game in existence that will tax more than 2.5-3GB, and thats with absolutely maxed AA at 2560x1600+ resolutions. It all depends on what you're running.
Modded Skyrim with high levels of AA can already leave you wanting for memory, even at 1080p. Start bringing multi-monitor and monitors in excess of 1080p and there's not a card out there with enough to leave Skyrim satisfied. But Skyrim's a single data point and really the only game out there currently that's capable of really taxing the memory limit of today's cards.
Like Rizen said, you're much more likely to be limited by the GPU than by the memory on the card.
