I wish I could say that I am surprised by this but, if we were all being honest, you know you would do the same thing this guy did (in the name of science of course). I swear I was just testing game physics.
 
LOL at that guy's movements when the camera pans over to him. So that's a real part of the game (isn't DoA like 10 years old?) that you poke their body parts? Or is this just a developer physics test and not part of the game?
 
The newest version of DOAX (I think it's 3?) was released in Japan for the PS4 late last year. Publishers refused to bring it over to the US so Team Ninja released it in Japanese with an option to turn on English subtitles, and the PS4 doesn't have region encryption so you can import the game from Japan if you wish to play it. This video I imagine is Team Ninja's test build for Sony's VR headset.
 
Just call the VR mode FAP mode and be done with it. Is the volleyball part an add-on at this point, or is it bonus content?
 
I still want them to release the game here in the US cause f**k the SJW types censoring and barring release of anything related to gaming, but I think the headlines from the SJW folks would read the same after they showed this demo: "Sexual Harassment Simulator released" and we'd have another flame war across the net.

Honestly if they can release the Gal Gun games in the US why not the latest DOAX? Is it the fact that one is anime and the other is more "realistic"? I'll never understand people who put so much energy into trying to "save" others from the things they find offensive.
 
Just think someone had to test that the touching part worked as intended in the originally release. Bounce also had to be verified...

I doubt in japan they had any issues with people coming to the call. Bounce physics...serious business!
 
Once VR really takes off women will wonder why they are no longer be felt up on the subway or the bus. :nailbiting:

DOA was originally a 2d fighting game (like mortal kombat or street fighter) with unusually bouncy and well endowed female fighters. Then there was DOA beach volleyball, which dropped the combat aspect in favor of more females, more bounciness, and less clothing. The lastest version has just given up all pretense and become a straight-up groping simulator.

The Japanese are, by far, the most sexually perverted people on earth.

Fun fact: the only reason Japanese porn has the naught bits blurred-out is because the US forced them to do it after WWII.

Dead or Alive has basically two types of games, the standard fighting games and these others are the Dead or Alive Extreme Beach Volleyball, which are the equivalent to the standard japanese otaku idol games, meaning that yes you grope and dress the girls however you want and the original volleyball game is just a excuse for said gropping.

But that is the thing, this is technically not the main game, the main game is still the fighting one.
 
That isn't Dead Or Alive. It's called Dead Or Alive Xtreme 3. Dead or Alive dosen't have VR support..
 
Like everyone in this thread making fun of the guy wouldnt be doing the same exact thing. Cmon guys, you know exactly what you would do in that situation.

I played dead or alive for the gameplay. I loved the counter system, and the tag team battles with their crazy tag throws. Also back in the dreamcast days jpn developers would practically spit on American gamers. Xbox was considered evil and DOA's creator Tomonobu Itagaki was only one of a few jpn developers that would give it a chance. ALSO the black guy won the doa tournment AND it was cannon. I was stunned, and it guaranteed that I would at least buy the next game :)

I would turn off the game and go have sex with my girlfriend.
