Seriously though, AFAIK, there really isn't any period when it's best to buy a PC considering that there are tons of awesome deals throughout the whole year. Maybe Christmas time if you're near a Fry's or MC but thats about it. BF hasn't really been a time of great hardware sales for the past 4 years.
