I just got that a few hours ago.

I restarted the game and it was back to normal.

We ATI guys had similar issues until the newer cats. You'd get all sorts of weird glitches with extended play. Reboot, and they go away.

 
I've seen that sandbag effect on my 6800GT from time to time.
 
Just another BF2 Prob/Glitch , lets add it to the list now shall we :p

BTW that effect looks pretty cool, like the top of the sand bags is starting to melt or something lol :D

actually I was on the top of me team's score, I was suprised to see it but then I saw we had no flags left, so my team sucking, graphical errors, and the fact I hate that map from playing the demo too much forced me to just shut BF2 off.

Just BF2 that needs 7-8 patches...just like BF1942, before the game is up to standard.

Terra - I am amazed at how buggy games that can be released..and people still buy them :confused:
 
Looks like someone on the US side spiked the water supply with acid. Or maybe it was your commander; "Jacob's Ladder" style.

I had the same issue pop up intermittently in the demo, only the bags were silvery in tone.
 
Happen to me sometmes but it might of be fixed in Cat 5.8 because I haven't noticed it happening since I installed 5.8.

Damn...I thought my friend was the only crazy-ass gore flick kinda person.

To be honest, that stuff isn't my taste but I still watched it. More out of curiousity I guess.... :eek:
