And what do you run Merlin to have that kinda LAN server? I was told my AMD Athlon 2200+ running at 1800 and 1 or 2gb (can't decide yet but they're bought) ddr 2700 RAM, 80gb hard drive, KM2M mobo with onboard v/a was overkill.....

I just use that server for LANs. I serve BF1942 and UT2K4.:)

UPDATE:

Took the PC and formatted/installed XP Pro and SP1. Got the latest driver s for everthing. Runs BF1942 FLAWLESS and UT2K4 at abour 40FPS average which is playable.:)
 
So I see that you have a RHCE.

Why dont you install a REAL linux distro on it and learn REAL linux. ;) :D
