What should I upgrade?

CPU: fx 4130
Mobo: asrock extreme 3
GPU: gtx 650 ti evga
RAM: 2x8gb corsair vengenace
Drive: 240gb SSD Kingston V300

What do you think I should replace first or upgrade?

What case and PSU do you have?
What's the max resolution of your monitor?
What are you doing with the PC right now that makes you believe that you're in need of an upgrade?

Seeing as you didn't list it, probably your monitor. Depends on what you do with your time, but that usually improves any user's experience.

Also, audio unless you're deaf.

Currently use a corsair CX - 500W
1920 x 1080 is my monitor ( 23 inches view sonic monitor)

I don't even think I need an upgrade yet, but just trying to see what i should potentially save up for. I play world of warcraft and just do school work on there.

How much of a difference does audio card make?

Your SSD, PSU, and RAM are good for now. Are you planning on playing any other more recent games?
How much of a difference does audio card make?
Not much unless A) you really really enjoy good audio and b) you actually have good speakers and headphones where an audio card would enhance. Otherwise, the onboard audio is good enough.

If I had to upgrade something on your list I would probably go processor then video card. FX8350 and a 770/780, or a 290 at MSRP but the 500w PSU is questionable.

By audio I meant speakers/headphones, sorry. Soundcard is only necessary once you have high end of either (and even then, onboard is good enough for 99% of people nowadays that most don't bother).
