I currently have what you see in my signature. I was thinking about getting a Z77 board for the stuff the newer chipset brings. One of the primary reasons is to take my second monitor off my video card since all that is on it is things like browser/vent/trillian.

I was thinking about getting a Sabertooth Z77, although I know I don't really need it and probably shouldn't spend that much money at the moment.

My question is will I notice much difference with the the newer board when it comes to processor performance/overclocking and having the monitor off the video card? The main things I do are box in MMO's, play D3 (which uses absolutely nothing really), and BF3.

What board do you guys recommend?

Not really. It's just more cost-effective for you to grab a cheap video card for that second monitor if you're really that worried about freeing up resources for your GTX 680.
