I am sorry but I wouldn't trust a ocz psu to even power a dell with onboard video.

That Corsair will suffice but I would recommend the Antec 400C 400W over that Corsair since the Corsair only has 28A on the +12V rail whereas the Antec 400W has 30A on the +12V rail. Basically meaning that the Antec has more power than the Corsair where you need it.

The problem is that it is currently way too expensive for its relatively modest performance.

And?!?! I don't mean to be an asshole, but I didn't ask for advice on what video card to buy, and this is the PSU section. Let's not get off-topic here. The 5670 will give me the performance I want, consume less power, and operate at a lower temperature. I'm willing to pay for that.
