Short Answer
Antec True Power 430 or 480 or 550
would be my reasonably affordable recommendation
money no object PC Power & Cooling 510ATX Turbo Cool Deluxe
are ther other more affordable PSUs?
yes, but their transient response isnt as tight
(or more accurately I havent seen proof or no specs are provided)
I consider that pretty important

You will never regret it.

i've said this in other threads, but i had 3 True Control 550 PSUs with rails that were unacceptable. even when adjusted to the max, they were still on the low end of the ATX specs.
the Fortron 530W i've got now is great. very solid rails, and it's even got adjustable rails via pots inside, although i haven't had to touch them.

if you've got the money, the 510 Deluxe by PC Power & Cooling is hard to beat. if you don't have that much money, the Fortron/Sparkle 530w unit was my 2nd choice.
Antecs old PSUs, prior to the "True" series were great. i just haven't been happy with any of the new ones.
