What Power Supply Do I need ?

I just registered to the forum
I m having problems with my CPU since I upgraded my configuration. I dont know much about computers. I used to have an old computer and wanted to buy a new one but a salesperson advised me just to upgrade it as its cheaper. So I did, a year ago. Anyway last couple of months my computer started restarting and I found out that it heats to fast. I started searching for a problem and found out that my power supply isn't good enough anymore, since I didn't upgrade it..
I have :
3 gb of RAM
500 gb hard disk
Intel Dual 1.6 1.6 Ghz
512 mb ATI Radeon

My power supply is 400 Watt

What power supply do I need, and what is the best quality I can get for $150 or less

The same one I was going to suggest after reading the OP.

okocha, Not all 400w PSU's are created equal. The one austinwillis suggests is an excellent budget PSU.

Can you give specifics of your components? 400W is way more than enough to run that stuff, even a shoddy one.
