I am looking to replace my DS3R. I initially wanted the Abit IN9 32X-MAX. I would like a motherboard with a black PCB, backlit leds, and possibly a BIOS/post led display.

Thanks for the insight

you can still find IN9 32X in the UK so possibly also in the US?

IX48-MAX is due out very shortly & probably will have all of those but will be DDR3 only.

P5K-e/DFI DK/MSI Neo2-FR gte my vote, I've worked with all of them and they are all very stable overclockers. The MSI has a POST/LED display, I loved my MSI Neo2-FR :(

Are the performance features of it being black and having pretty blinking lights still important?

Yes. I already have a solid overclocking board, the Gigabyte P35 DS3R, and I want the same if not better features on a better looking board.

Here is what it is going in:

I always thought the DFI boards were cool if you were into the UV lights.
