nilepez said:First level of support just reads a script. Whether it was SBC or Verizon, they rarely did more than go through basic windows settings and ask you to reboot your computer and power cycle the DSL Modem. Rinse repeat. 4 or 5 years, I talked to no more than 4 people who did more than that (2-2.5 years with SBC and 2-2.5 with Verizon Avenue).
Tier 2 support was great, but until I got a direct line, it was almost impossible to get through to them.
Unless tier 2 at SBC is also outsourced, I don't see how it matters from a customer's perspective. And to be honest, having gone to school with many Indians, I don't understand how being from India equals bad service. Most I've been are very well educated.
funny, I know a guy who works for BFG, and says they still put artic silver on the 6800U AGP.UltimateMan said:No they do not put arctic silver on their cards. FYI
my GT had some shitty white paste on it, and putting AS5 on the core and mem with teh stock cooler dropped temps like 10c aloneBad_Boy said:funny, I know a guy who works for BFG, and says they still put artic silver on the 6800U AGP.

the lifetime warranty is great. But anyone willing to spend $250 on a BFG 6600gt when about 8 other brands can be had for $200 is a sucker.
