7a33v5J1 was the earliest BIOS for that board to support 3000 series chips. The 3600 should work fine. You need at least a b450 to run a 5600x or other zen3.

Thanks, I am a newbie at this. How do I get the updated bios I need? Thanks

I was able to get a 3900X running stable on my Asrock X370 F4Tality Gaming K4. It took a bit of effort and tweaking to get it to happen though.

Did that with an x370 Gaming Carbon pro

R5 3600 works fine. Bios sucks though - it's beta and ugly as sin, but functional.
