Oh my god....just...speechless right now...
Tried browsing to all my common online hardware stores wondering about replacing my Iiyama VM Pro 454 19" CRT with maybe a 21" or larger monitor (maybe)
And blow me...there's practically NO CRT's around, those which have ANY stock appear to be just old stuff they've not managed to get rid of yet.
Im running in 1920 1440 right now, at 85Hz and I wouldn't run any lower for my desktop, in fact in the past i've used 2048 1536 75 for extended periods of time, and I still do now when I'm mapping or modeling.
This is easily the best monitor I've ever had and it was £300 when I got it which considering the quality and the high refresh at high res is really damn good.
So here's my question...Where in the hell can I purchase a new CRT, 21" or above with resolutions upto 2048 1536 @ 75Hz.
I REFUSE to use a rubbish LCD and the lame low res rubbish they provide, I've only seen a few higher res ones in my recent investigations and they're all over £1000 which is just totaly lame.
One last thing whatever seller needs to deliver to the UK cheaply, ta.
