Have you done any spl measurements? From looking at the size of your room, I'd think it turn it into a pressure chamber :D


Is that amp bridged mono at 1400watts?
 
no, no amp for the sr225s yet (christmas time maybe).

The amp is a behringer ep1500, and makes 2x700 at 2ohms, and 1400x1 @ 4ohms bridged.

Are there any less powerful amps for a little less money? I have a couple of 12's i'd like to power for a custom system I have. Maybe around 200x2 @ 4ohms stereo. That would be nice. 400x2 would also work. 700x2 is a little overkill :eek:.
 
it's 700x2 at 2ohms, somewhere around 350x2 @ 4ohms. This is one of the cheaper pro-amps around. Can't beat $250 shipped for this much power.

Yeah, actually, that sounds pretty good. A lot of power, but I think i'll be fine with that, I could always upgrade the subs too :D. Thanks a lot man.
