Weird problem USB HD's don't can't be access.

I can't access USB HD's in my computer, they work just fine on other system/laptops. this started happining tomorrow when i plugged in my WD passport and it works just fine on other computer without any problem, i tried to use different USB drive same only problem with computer, checked bios and USB is enable, any idea what the problem might be? system spec is in signature. They do show up under device manager but not under my computer and other mean of necessary (like paragon HD managment)

another edit: after restart paragon HD managment shows it but still no luck under my computer.
 
The problem could be that the USB ports on your motherboard is now defective

OMG.. how do you tell the future like that..

Also are you using a USB mouse/keyboard.. try them in the same ports as your hard drives were in & not working.. If your mouse or kbd work in those ports assume your USB ports are fine.. Go to your device manager & show hidden (rebooting to safe mode would be even better), then remove all of your usb shit (best do do this with a PS2 keyboard), unplug all usb stuff, reboot & wait until windows installs the usb drivers themselves before you plug anything back in.
