Webex training and security

Just a quick question for security concerns - we have a few employees taking part in some webex training sessions coming up. They are doing this while working and we just want to make sure that the presenter/host of the training event does not have access to our employee's desktop as on the second screen there might be information from e-mail to other information we do not want to be viewed. Does the Cisco WebEx Training Center give any features to the presenter to secretly view a participants desktop? Or does the presenter have to get permission from the participant first before their screen is shared?

Thanks!

As long as they are not made the presenter and click "Show my desktop" no one will see anything.

and they also have the choice of sharing only one screen on a multi screen system. I do it all the time.

Gotcha - either way the end user would be notified that there is screen sharing going on. I just wanted to make sure that is the case since the WebEx Training Center looked a bit different then the regular meeting application - we briefly attended one before and there is no button to share the desktop and under the share drop down everything is greyed out so this looks to be disabled.
