Water Cooling low noise build

Hello guys,

I want to know what is perfect configuration on pumps and fans speed for very low noise ?

D5 pump, static-pressure optimized fans, and as many low FPI rads as you can cram in your case. Use every available slot and consider a larger case if you're not already in one that's good for water-cooling.
