hey i'm going to be building a new system and i'm debating air vs. water cooling

my case is silverstone sugo sg-1 and since i'ts a sff would putting in a water cooling setup in it be just the same as high end air cooling or how much will it help etc.

my parts so far are
athlon 64 x2 3800+
xfx 7800GT
2 gigs ram
mobo that's good ocer
probably a 500watt psu idk how mch power i'll need yet etc.

You would have a very hard time watercooling in that case. I have seen people make it all fit in a qpack, but that has a 120mm fan on the back which nicely fits a radatior. Due to the stupid fan orientation on that case, you would have to mod a 120mm hole in the side of the case.... and I am not sure there is room anywhere to even do that. Looks like you'd just be better off with good air cooling.

well viper couldnt i put the water cooling stuff under the dvd burner? i don't know much about water cooling so that's why i'm asking.
