so like if I bought 2 of these for side displays can I run all 3 @ 75 refresh rate?

I don't know about this monitor specifically, but I run my main display at 165hz w/ Gsync and my two side monitors run at 60hz fixed. That's more down to limitations of your graphics card I would think, and having enough display port outputs.

I think this is a pretty good deal, I actually considered it for my assistant estimator as he's looking for a new display.
