I don't understand the whole voltages part of overclocking. I understand you do it to give the processor or memory more juice, but how do you know when to do it? How do you know this much is enough or not?
I'm currently at 3.1 Ghz on my C2Duo E6600. I haven't changed any voltages and TAT says my cores are 35-37 degrees C. While playing a game it'll get to 40 degrees. I've only upped the memory frequency and FSB.
