Which one is better for 3D (games)? 3D games works bad for me in VirtualBox.

for me, VMWare, but a VM isnt too good for games, let alone 3D games

Neither, use kvm with a pass through gpu.

Ya you are not going to get good performance using either for real GPU performance.
