VM with separate input device on secondary display (win8)

Is it possible to run a VM on a secondary monitor with a secondary mouse and keyboard as the input devices that would not remove focus from a full screen application on the primary monitor?

Trying to avoid building another PC to use on my secondary monitor.
 
Sure, if you have two video cards and two usb controllers you could passthough one of each to separate guests in xenserver at least.

What's your hypervisor?
 
I was hoping to use the built in win8 hyper-v client, but I'm willing to install another client; I didn't want to change the base OS install to accomplish this, or I'd just build another PC.
