Just recieved it this friday, installed and powered on my system, fans spin up but will not post, no video output period.

The specs state a min 450 watt psu required, which I'm running an Antec true power 450. Disconnected power to my drives and still couldnt get a post.

Any other suggestions to troubleshoot this or truly DOA?

did you plug in the 6 pin pci express power connector?
 
not the 450 is not required but recommended.
U an running the HD 3850 512 with 250watts.

Make sure your pin connector is installed.
Try resetting you BIOS
 
Yes yes, I have the pci-e power connected, my bios is updated to the latest release (intel975 bx2).

Works fine with my 7900gs and 2600xt.

I'm out of ideas, think I will just RMA it.
