i was just wondering maybe if we had enough post's here that we could send into amd and nvidia about moving the 6 pin connectors to the other side of the video card for more and easier wire mgmt . Whats your take :D
 
Which other side? The end? Because then you run into clearance problems with long cards.
 
no im sorry so when your cards pulled in teh wires are on teh outside of your case not teh inside then could be wired with teh xtra left over behind your case

with some clever soldering i bet you could move the plug to the other side.. even have a "pigtail" plug that lets you have it where you want.

ofcouse.. solder at your own risk :)
 
They already do it for the longer cards. If you still can't fit the card in your case, you probably ought to get a new case :p
