Video Card problem?

I have a Nvidia GeForce 7300LE and about a month ago my second monitor said, No signal. The second monitor is connected to DVI and the first is VGA. So when I wiggle the card and unplug the Dvi cable and reboot the pc; sometimes it will work and some time it goes back to the "no signal problem. Does this mean that my video card is about to die? Or is the cable going bad? I tried rolling back the driver that worked for a second and then when I rebooted it went back to no signal again.

This card is an a Gateway GM5424 pc.
 
Look at the card itself: is there anything physically wrong with it?

Then, check if your monitor is broken (check on a friends computer, laptop, etc).
It's more likely a bad connection, faulting in:
Connector on the card's side (happens a lot to me for audio cables...)
Cable (yeah, don't twist your cables)
Monitor end (rare, and typically, if it happens, you can feel how loose it is).
