Video Card Problem, May Need Expert Help

I'm crashing out during an OS install, at random with the blue screen of death saying the cause of pciex.dll or videosys.dll or something to that effect as being the cause.

Same thing happens to me in Worlds Of Warcraft.


I'm running a case full of stuff, dual 7800 gtx's etc... I had a 600watt PSU go dead on me last week and replaced it with a 500 Watt Modular power supply.

Wonder what the problem could be. I cannot seem to correct it.

Any expert help out there ?

But that's besides the point. I don't think it's sofware related. How can you have a crash during the install if its software related. System was 100% stable before the addition of my latest Power Supply. Everything points to it but I want more opinions before I drive 100 miles round trip spending $30 dollars in gas and toll.

With blue screens, perhaps its a ram issue? Granted it worked before you changed PSU but I think I read somewhere on here that if your ram doesn't get enough juice you'll get errors. Not 100% sure though.

Why wouldn't it be that? You obviously only changed one thing, there is only one variable in this, and that's your PSU.
