Video card cooler

I've been usign the stock cooler on my eVGA 7800GT, but I don't really want it to keep hitting 74c full load. How much would I expect to drop in moving to an after-market cooler?
Any recommendations?

On my 7800GT I went from the EVGA stock cooler to the VF700Cu cooler and experienced 3C drop idle and about 8-10C drop load. Oh btw... those temps are on the LOW fan speed setting (5V). On the full 12V setting you'll get much better results.

I was idling at 63° with my stock x1800XL cooler, so I recently switched to a Zalman VF900 while I wait to get my case ready for my mod/water cooling. It dropped the temps down to 51° idle. Pretty darn good if you ask me It's on 12v and it's still quieter than the stock HSF

I'm not usig the memory sinks because they kept falling off and I have a Panaflo L1 blwoing at the card.
