What is Better? VGA or CPU Folding?

Is there anyway to do both VGA and CPU folding at the same time?

How to set up 2x Folding Units on Duel Core's
 
To setup 2x folding clients:

1. Download the console client.
2. Create two separate folders: ex. fold1\ and fold2\
3. Copy the console client into each folder.
4. Run and install each client separately, but when it asks go into the advanced options and set the first folder to client id 1, and the client id 2 for the other folder.

I'd also recommend that you set each of as a service, so they'll start automatically when you start of you computer; you wont even have to log into your computer.

I don't have experience setting up the gpu client so I'll let someone else touch on that. GPU and CPU can be installed together.

 
They can go together, but the GPU should have a core dedicated to itself. AFIAK, a GPU will produce more than that core would... but I don't know for sure, as I am not running the GPU client.
 
Options on a Dual/Quad cores are .............
Cheapest to run and best in terms of PpD is the SMP client on a Linux64 OS. ~8 PpHpGhz.
Next is the GPU client plus a CPU client. Again upto 8 PpHpG but more Kw needed to run the top end card.
If you have more than 2 cores, then the VM ware and the SMP client becomes an option to add in with a GPU client. ~7 PpHpGhz.
After that is running the SMP client in a VM machine under Windozes. ~6 PpHpGhz if you can run VM ware, not all cpu's can.
Last is the dual CPU clients. ~2 PpHpGhz, 1/3 lower with 5 way melts & 1/2 more with bonus Gromacs.

Each GPU client needs a CPU core to feed it.
So if you have more cores than clients then the extra cores run CPU clients.

Setting up a GPU/SMP is the same as a CPU one except .........
GPU's cannot be run as a service.
SMP's MUST be set for big packets or they wont upload finnished work units.

Depending on what processor and gpu you use a dual gpu folder can out produce a dualcore smp folder but at the expence of greater power usage and cost of the folder.
A dual x1950xt will produce ~1400ppd. but would cost <$1100 to build and consume ~350w
A C2D system (E6400) would cost ~$500 and when O/C to 3.2ghz will return about the same 1400PPD and use ~220w.
A C2Q system (Q6600) would cost ~$875 and when O/C to 3.2 would return 2800PPD and use 275W
