Well I have a Samsung T240, and the native refresh rate is 60Hz, yet in my dxdiag, and in my driver control panel, it says it's at 59 or 59.950 Hz. If I try to switch to 60Hz in my control panel, it goes through like it made the changes, but then it automatically sets it back to 59Hz, and I have the option to apply 60Hz again (even though I just applied it). When I go into my monitor options though, and go to "Information", it says Digital 74.2KHz 60Hz PN 1920x1200, so is it actually running at 60Hz or is it just what the default specs are?
So my question basically is, is this supposed to be doing this? Am I losing anything valuable with it set to 59.950Hz? I'm mainly asking because of how picky F3 is and am just trying to rule out all hardware errors. I apologize for the noobish question I have very low experience in monitors.
