Have you checked out the Morex 2757?

And this case is in dire need of a custom-sized wiring harness... I bet a 690 would melt half of that bundle in front of the gpu.

Ive seen similar iterations of that case, but for me a power brick is an automatic no go.
Seasonic is releasing a few 400W+ 1U PSU that are fanless any week now and their operating temperature requirements are now absurdly low like we have seen in the past.

The closest premade cases I can find to my liking is a 2U short depth rackmount from istarusa and another is an older chieftek build similar to the HP slimline but is discontinued.

if you do a bit of modding to the case, though, and add on a 6-10mm front panel, you might be able to wedge in a SFX psu, though.

U1 PSU are uber loud, they could use a 450W SFX PSU instead

I like the design of the DS Bolt but gods it so pricey. A shame we cant just get the case alone for reasonable price. Of course that would put the DS Bolt out of business.

A nice little HTPC to be sure but if it can't at least hold and power a GTX660Ti (preferably a GTX680) I see no value in it. But thats just me.
