I certainly do -- that noisy stock cooler just isn't cutting it, and I'm not interested in water cooling. An extra $20-40 is chump change for some peace of mind.
I'm also absolutely sure that I'm not the only person that feels this way, either.
Agreed- Nvidia's blowers are occasionally well-behaved, but AMD just hasn't put that much thought into their own.
AIB cards with good case airflow always perform better, closed-loop units (which are thankfully available for Vega) are the best out-of-box performance, and good custom loop setups are going to give best performance quieter.
