Value PC Build Advice (Modified Crysis 2 $600 PC)

I haven't build a PC in years, and needed to do so on a budget. I used the Nvidia $600 Crysis 2 PC Guide as a starting point and built upon that. Any advice would be appreciated. I'm behind on hardware and trying to catch up.

Gaming and general computing.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?

3) Where do you live?

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
Case, RAM, CPU, GPU, MOBO, Heat Sink, Power Supply, HD, DVD-ROM.

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video? etc.
USB 3.0, SATA, eSATA (I'm uneducated on this aspect)

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?

Don't go with that setup at all: It's just not that good for the money. I recommend this setup instead:

Those are Amazon.com links as I highly recommend that you buy your parts from Amazon.com since they do not charge tax to California residents. Newegg does charge tax to CA residents.

Anyway, the above build is superior to your planned setup in virtually every way except for the HSF. However since you're not overclocking, the stock HSF that comes with the CPU should be fine.
