It's $20 cheaper than the Asus -V. But I'd give up UEFI, which I find interesting never having had a BIOS like that before.
It's actually only $15 cheaper once you factor in shipping. To me, UEFI is worth spending $15 more for. Up to you if UEFI is worth the $15.
